The onsite delivery model is a skilled personnel who is deployed on the client’s site who works in continuous interaction with the client’s team for the entire period ranging between the point of collecting information to its implementation as well as its maintenance and support.

It is advised that if the scope of the project is repetitive and open ended as with the case of process re-engineering related services or the client is not sure of the end results required or where there is a possibility of fluctuating requirements during the course of the project.   In some cases where there is a requirement of direct and continuous interaction of the client’s team or when there is a requirement of upgrade and migration or when the client prefers that the project is to be executed in confidentiality mode, this model is preferable.
